The overall form of the plant does not seem to be a match for Kichijokan (though I suppose it might look different indoors). The thing that suggests it's not parryi truncata to me, though, is the margins of the leaves, which are mammillate, instead of straight or nearly straight, like this:



I think maybe the best place for these images would be the genus listing for Agave, unless @mcvansoest has any better suggestions.
