I just looked back at the first three years and I used 4, which seemed to work out well, but 3 is probably okay, too. With three, you decrease the total unearned dibs per person over the course of the swap. You can review the swap host view for last year and see what you used then for comparison. I didn't host, so I can't see that one.

I know the feeling; spent the last 2 days with my grand kids, ages almost 4 and 2 1/2. I'm completely exhausted, but they are so much fun!

@janinilulu, your killing me last minute entries! Did you grow the codonopsis lancelota from seeds I shared with you? I got it from the Netherlands years ago, it took 3 years to bloom for me and then died!

The seed originally came from gw's kms4me in 2011. I almost always forget to collect them, as they grow under and up the lilacs, losing themselves in the foliage. Some years they don't set seed, but this year I noticed them and grabbed a few pods.

Thank you Lisa, too. Those seeds just came to me from elsewhere, so I'll give these back to the swap.

Yes, it's opening 40-ish seconds after 5 p.m. for me.

ETA: Or maybe a little more than 40 seconds.

Even after mine started and my tickets showed up, I got error messages for the first few items I dibbed on saying I did not have tickets, so I missed those. The whole experience was glitchy this time. Better alert @Dave.

Same here Ronnie - lags by a minute or two. I did get everything I'd planned for yesterday and most of my selections for today so I'm not really worried about it. I'd thought perhaps it was a West Coast thing - but you're East, so that's not it.
