(Looks just like chicken eggs.) Gourds are smooth and hard. The Nest Egg Gourd strongly resembles a goose egg or hen's egg. <br> * 12 or more Fruits per vine! These white oblong small gourds were used to place in the nest to trick hens. Will grow up to 2½ inches in diameter. *110 days. Gourds grow extensive vines, so need room to spread and can take 90-130 days or more to mature. Gourds should be left on the vine until the stems are brown.
