And now I must get back to the Coconut Cake I'm making for a friend's birthday. It's got 3 cubes of butter in the cake batter, and 5 eggs... almost like a pound cake (because it will put the pounds on!). The frosting has a pound of cream cheese and 2 more sticks of butter. We'll be clogging our arteries tomorrow morning at the radio station
