Joe, if all your pots are the same size, one of the handiest things you can use to cover them with are plastic boot trays. They keep everything dark--and moist with just a little air circulation. I usually don't have to mist until about the 10th day and that's all 'till they pop up. It works for baggies folded over at the top and placed in a shoe box, too. Photos here are from last year.
