Marilyn, I haven't grown any fringed tulips, but the pictures I've seen show that they have a delightful bloom. Van Engelen still has some parrot tulips. Last year when I couldn't get the parrot mix from Colorblends, I ordered VE's Flaming Parrot. They still have 4 varieties of parrot tulips left, including the mix, which is $4.75 cheaper than Colorblends.

Rita, I'm excited about the Moris Gudanov. I'm planting them in an area that already has tulips La Courtine, this one is really tall, and Gudoshnik to add some texture. I'm excited to see the combo next spring.
