That scale is awesome! Thanks for that, I for some reason thought Cayenne would be hotter than Habanero, but I think it's because all the times I have tried to use too much of it when breading catfish that I smelled too much at once haha. Irrelevant story to share, but just came to mind lol.
Also, looking at that scale, I see that bell peppers are low in heat. I also recently learned that Red Bell Peppers have a great amount of Vitamin C. I wonder why Oranges get such a reputation for Vit C when Red Bell Peppers have more. Questions like these always seem to come back to my mind lol
