Unfortunately, I think since my shepherd's hook is round, it would swing to the left sometimes. I got some JB Kwik from my Dad yesterday and slapped some on there.I wrapped some hose repair stuff around the bottom since it is waterproof (not that it should ever slide down, but in case something happens and the weld fails). It looks a little Sanford and Son-ish, but it only cost me money for the plant hook.
