AG, here is the pizza dough recipe. It made 2 medium sized pizzas. I just patted the dough out till it was the size that looked "right" and was workable. I did use parchement paper under the crust. I did not have any homemade sauce so I used Classico Italian sausage with onions and peppers spaghetti sauce. Generally I'd use some of my lasagna sauce, but did not have any of that. Spread some on dough, added browned Italian sausage, bacon, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese. Sprinkled some oregano on too. Slide it onto my big bench scraper and slide onto the steel.

For the cheese bread, I spread garlic butter (like I'd make for garlic bread) and then added the mozzarella, sharp cheddar, a little Emmental, and parmesan, amounts of your liking. I think I did put a little dash of oregano and parsley flakes on it too.
