PB fudge is very easy to make, Melt a block of milk chocolate, and then add in an approximately equal part of PB, either smooth or crunchy. Pour into a pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray and chill.
Donald, your stir fry sounds good. I never have added pineapple, but I do with sweet and sour shrimp. Bet it was good.
