Refurbished google pixel phones are available for really cheap on ebay, and they take excellent photos. I see today a pixel 3 for $78 with free shipping. You create a free google account and then the photos you take automatically get uploaded to your google photos cloud.

Then from your desktop you can access those photos by going to https://photos.google.com/

Drag and drop photos from there into posts here and you've got pictures uploaded. This is actually how I do all my own photos and have been doing it this way for years. BTW you don't need a cell phone plan to use a pixel this way. It connects to your wifi.
