Oh yuck! So, they hatch out sometime during storage? If they aren't actually in the cloves, I'd be inclined to slice up and dry a bunch of cloves (which I'm actually inclined to do anyway), it works great to, say, throw into some potatoes while they're cooking to make garlic mashed potatoes, or you can grind it up into garlic powder (tip: add a small amount of cornstarch to the ground-up garlic to keep it from clumping).
