Photos in blazing sun (not the best) ... lax racemes, highly branched and sprawling inflorescences (even in lots of sun)
I found a 1957 reference (Rowley) describing the plant as xGasterworthia, so it appears my theory (and the database) may be wrong about Aristaloe being involved.
