A number of herbicides are marketed containing picloram, clopyralid and aminopyralid.

These herbicides are sold under the following trade names.

Picloram - sold as Tordon, Access, Surmount, Grazon, and Pathway.
Clopyralid - sold as Curtail, Confront, Clopyr AG, Lontrel, Stinger, Millennium Ultra, Millenium Ultra Plus, Reclaim, Redeem, Transline.
Aminopyralid - sold as Milestone, Forefront, Pharaoh, Banish.

Can't just ask about grazon...

Above link includes instructions for testing suspect manures and soils potentially contaminated.

I haven't run into this issue with the manure that I've used... Crossing Fingers!

There was an issue with bagged compost sold up in the Northeast a while back...
