Sure, GIgi, why not? Now you have another free 'plant'. One thing I do remember, probably many do, from school is an observation that lichen did not grow in higher air pollution areas, interfering with some moth's cammouflage protection. Thinking or was it they colored differently based on whether they evolved with more lichen or more soot? peppered moth?
