Be happy to share the no knead bread recipe, it is so easy and quick to make.

Whisk together:
4 cups bread flour
2 tsp. Kosher salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp instant yeast - I use SAF

Add all at once:
2 cups warm water and stir until all the flour is moist.

Cover bowl with a towel and set aside in a warm spot for an hour until the dough is doubled and looks bubbly. If your home is cold it might take a bit longer.

Butter a loaf pan - Optional, sprinkle sesame seeds, they will stick to the butter.

Preheat oven to 425.
Dump raised dough into pan, it will be sticky, use a scraper to get it all out of the bowl. Sprinkle more seeds on top if you are using them and set pan aside for about 20 minutes.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, lower heat to 375 and bake for another 15 minutes. I always check the temperature, white bread should be 190. Cool for a few minutes and remove from pan to a rack. Enjoy
Minds are like parachutes; they work better when they are open.
