It's been maybe 3 years since I last repotted it. From the natural dying off of the lower leaves, it keeps rising up higher and higher. I get 2-4 new leaves each year, the roots are healthy (at least the aerial roots I can see). It does have 1 very short flower spike coming up, only 1/2" tall at this point. I should probably repot this one yearly to avoid it coming up so high from the bark mix. The 2 bottom leaves are nearing the point of having to be removed, they might last several months still as is.

Do I repot it trying to bury all the aerial roots so the leaves actually sit on top like it should? Does burying aerial roots harm them after being used to just air? Can I just let the part of the roots closest to the leaves be covered by the bark mix and let the ends of those long roots still drape over the edge? I really like the aerial roots though, but I do realize many more will eventually grow. Should I sit it the same height it's at now leaving the aerial roots outside the pot as they are? I'm not sure even soaking the roots will make them flexible enough to get into the pot, maybe by wrapping them around and letting them circle the pot?
