If that were mine, I would water it thoroughly and even spray down all over. But make sure to remove the cache pot so excess water drains away and if you can run a fan so there is good air circulation to lessen fungal issues. Do your watering early in the day so it gets to dry out by night time.

Though Jades are typically winter growers, it does appreciate thorough watering and it drinks up a lot, so you will see it gradually fatten its trunk and leaves, especially during periods of excessive heat. Watering it well somehow helps it cool down, after all it does prefer cooler periods. It may push new growth on bare exposed trunk/branch, as it throws out older leaves and makes way to newer ones faster.
