Cranberry Walnut Orange Bundt Cake ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

1 box of yellow cake mix: make cake batter according to box directions
Add: 1/2 Cup dried cranberries, 2 TBSP orange zest, 1/3 Cup orange juice, 1/2 Cup chopped Walnuts. Stir it up.
Grease the inside of your bundt pan or spray with Baker's Joy. Pour in the batter and bake at 350 for 36 minutes. Let the cake rest in the pan for 20 minutes and cool down before turning it out. You will probably have to run a butter knife around it to get it loose. Place the cake on a big platter or cake plate.

Icing ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 1/2 cups 10X sugar, tsp vanilla, 2 TBSP orange zest, 2 TBSP orange juice, 1 TBSP milk. Stir it up and pour over the cake and let it run down the sides. Delicious!

Spaghetti Sauce ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

28 oz can of Crushed Tomatoes or Diced Tomatoes, 1 medium Onion quartered, 1 stick of Butter or Margarine. These are the 3 main ingredients, but you can add Garlic, Oregano, Thyme, and Chili Pepper flakes to kick it up. I also add 3 TBSP Grape Jelly to sweeten it. My mother in law used it and some Italian chefs on tv have used it. It's good. So, you let it cook on medium until it starts to bubble and then cut the heat to very low and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Yes, Spaghetti Sauce does not have to cook all day long to be delicious. I got the main 3 ingredient recipe from a Nicholas Sparks novel. I love it and prefer mine to any other Italian restaurant I've visited. It is so easy and does not cost a fortune to make and serve your family at home. It freezes well too!

The cake freezes well also.
