Hi & welcome! When it's warm enough to get messy outside, I would change the soil and get rid of the worms. They are your best friend in a ground garden but in a pot, they're not. Their poo, while full of nutrients, turns the soil to mud and wrecks the drainage. And if they run out of dead organic matter in the soil, they'll be forced to eat the roots of your plant. Wherever you dump the old soil from this pot would be a great place to put a tomato plant, pepper plant, basil, or something else that would love the rich, fertile spot.
