That's Oscularia Deltoides. I was lucky to get a flower or two earlier this year.
The other is Othonna Capensis 'Ruby Necklace', That perticular plant was in lots of sun. In full sun they get REALLY purple. In the shade they are green with purple stems. They do have nice flowers. From a Single 3 inch cutting, I have pots overflowing with that stuff. It does like a bit more water.
