I've been trying to acquire more of Jim Netherton's plants since I saw some and fell in love with them at the 2015 National held in Atlanta. Jim named the plant after Tim Herrington's wonderful habit of writing poetry. Some of his poems have appeared in Region 5 publications, and he sends some to friends for special occasions. Tim was also a mentor to Jim, as genetics for many of his small and miniature plants came from Herrington plants. Sadly, Jim Netherton died in 2020, and now their website is shut down, and plants are difficult to find. Tim's poetry finally established well enough to rebloom this summer, and it has good plant habits here so far. Color varies but that seems to be related to the time of day and light when the pic is taken.
