Ronnie..dead kids?

I am in love. You all may recall my frustration.. I read a lot! Some tales are ok..but the writing…bleh.. character development ..bleh.. sometimes , It starts off great and then the ending seems written by someone who definitely didn't begin the book….some stall in the middle…. Anyway….. I am forced to reread old favorites. Ss you know, sometimes we run across a book that has it all! OH JOY,!! Then we read slowly so as not to finish too fast..or hate to say goodbye to a beloved character. There is never a guarantee the next book from the same author will be as good ( think John Irving..)

Well I got a good one..it puffed smoked the first few pages.. and I felt that ..oh no… and then it caught fire..the writing..the characters… Lovey dubby Lovey dubby and so I am reading slowly….

Don't squat with yer spurs on!

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved
