Fran, I don't recall the names on some of my Aglaonema plants but I never had one named 'Lady Valentine'. I did have a couple of Aglaonema 'Pink Dalmatian' plants awhile ago but I don't thin this is one of those.

The one depicted below with the light pink foliage is the one that broke and yes, I just stuck the cuttings directly into the soil and they rooted quickly! I wish the original plant would sprout new leaves as quickly as the cuttings produced roots!
