This is not a recommendation nor an endorsement. However, this odd recipe showed up in my in-box today and given how many of you have been asking about using peppers and stuffing peppers I thought I would share it.
At first I thought "Gosh, that sounds...awful." But once I got past the name and looked at it it at least makes me think "It's probably awful but I wonder..."
