What a great idea! I would love to see this place. Is it in Fairfax? Had a trip to the DC area planned last summer, but obviously, that didn't work out.
Just visited the riverwalk in San Antonio and it was a lot more crowded than my last visit there 39 yrs. ago but it remains a wonderful solution for what was probably a similar issue.
