This photo was taken at a canal in Virginia. I do not know the name of the place anymore, but I know the history behind it.
The canal was basically really prone to flooding so people decided to add like a buncha water features (A LOT OF THEM) to control the flood heights, and planted aquatic plants to help. They also added like a lot of art instillations.
I think that wall was part of one of them, or was near the entrance of the art museam (I think?!? Something related to art.... maybe an art school, IDK)
