@Aashna there are lots of different soil mixes that will work for adeniums depending on where and how you grow them. In watching videos from countries other than the USA, where I live, I can see that different areas use different mixes. I suggest looking at some local (to you) videos to get an idea of materials that will be available locally. Also, I suggest going to the nursery where you purchased them and ask questions. After all, you are a potential customer and it behooves them to help you.
Here are a few guidelines that may help you develop a mix that works for you.
Adenium don't like to be soggy. They especially don't like to be soggy and cold. If you are growing them in a tropical climate, uncovered, in full sun then they will need a much more porous mix than if you are growing them inside your home next to a window where you can control the temperature and how much water they receive. This is especially true if your area receives a lot of rain.
The mix needs to be dense enough to physically support the plant without wobbling. Plants that move around in the pot have difficulty growing strong roots.
Adenium grown in tropical climates or inside the home often don't go dormant if they receive enough light.
Soil mixes that drain fast and dry quickly will require fertilizing more often as the water washes out the nutrients.
