What will change someone's mind about whether or not they like Brussels sprouts, is the way you cook them. If you boil them, they "mush" up--gross. Oven roast them! OMG. They caramelize and develop a sweeter, almost nutty flavor. They are fabulous! Drizzle them with a teaspoon or so of local honey when you remove them from the oven. Magic!
