That is Lady Georgia, I'm sure. It's still carried by Oakes. I have that one, too. It bloomed well the first year I had it, but then it got a bad case of rust. It seems to be very susceptible; this year I cut it back and treated it twice. It has not bloomed for me this year, either. I'm sorry because I loved it. The blooms were the color of ripe cantaloupe. I'm going to have to get rid of it.
