I found several other sites but these were easier for me to to understand. I found where cuttings can live up to four months. Timing is between spring and fall from what I have read.

So what do you say If we do a cutting swap in May there will be no issue with time if we properly package them and they can be shipped the same way as seed.

From what I have read the right time for bulbs would be some time in August or September.

If it is ok I will modify this swap to a seed swap. I will set up a cutting swap for May and a bulb swap for August. What do you folks think?
