Well, its not really dying. It just needs to be repotted (again) and in a more appropriate fashion. Your plant is old enough to have developed a trunk. Anthurium andreanums do that as they get older, but it really can take only a few years for them to 'get that old'. See all the little roots sticking out of the trunk? Those need to be in the ground/under the soil. If you don;t want to repot, you can try wrapping the trunk in a coat of damp sphagnum moss and keeping it damp wit a spray bottle. This is commonly done with trunking, climbing Anthuriums like A. warocqueanum that require constant moisture to the root system. But its really easier to just repot.

These plants (the flamingo flower anthuriums) are grown as terrestrials but they are actually epiphytes. They are grown as terrestrials for the convenience of the houseplant keeper. They tend to be faster growing than their foliage-ANthurium cousins, which are not grown for the colorful spathes but for the leaves. They will also grow as emersed aquatics.

You may think I am crazy when I tell you this but it is absolutely true. I know because I have done it countless times over the past 40 years. You can take a pair of secateurs and nip the trunks of those off at the soil level, and replant them with the trunk and adventitious roots under the soil in a new container, and it will make a comeback.

Further, you can leave the old subterranean root complex in the current container and it will likely resprout and send up new growth.

I wouldn't over fertilize this. And I would stop using Miracle Gro and switch to something that has more of what Aroids like...something that also supplies the trace elements and micronutrients in tiny amounts on a consistent basis, like Dyna Gro Foliage Pro.
