Codiaeum variegatum 'Petra', I believe. I grew several of these for a long time. It took me one loss before I was able to overwinter it. Outside it was outstanding and did great from spring until it came inside for the winter. The last one got so large that it became unmanageable and I didn't do the special setup it required to survive the winter. I sure enjoyed it outdoors, though, and have considered doing it again. In my part of Texas it used a lot of water and needed a heavy container to prevent the wind from blowing over such a big profile surface. I think they grow them as shrubs in Florida and along the Gulf of Mexico coast in the U.S.
