Last year for first time I planted Dahlias, they came up great, no problems. Just tying them all up all the time to keep them from bending. I did not mind.
One question from a nubie. I got them in a package of 4 clumps last year. I just put each clump in its own hole and they grew good. The question is, could you separate each one from its clump of 4 or more, into just one tuber and plant. I guess you would have to find an eye on each one as to not cut it away. Is it hard or should I just leave well enough alone? Thanks
