Yes, sometimes I flip them if one side is more interesting or more in focus than the other and in this case, that cute beard was almost pushed off the right side so I figured this way it shows off better. Also, with the NGA logo pushing them over, what then becomes the center is not as interesting so a flip can remedy that, not always.
