@SweetPlum the lotion I use depends on what I am doing. I use 'Working Hands' I find at Walmart, Burts Bees also, but nothing ever beat the Neutrogena unscented hand cream. Burts Bees and Working Hands block moisture... Neutrogena flat out healed them and my lips. I found my skin couldn't deal with the flour they add in 'Intensive Care' lotions- it dried my skin to the point of bleeding. So am not sure what your needs are and why the skin split, but combos of the stuff using carnauba wax, beeswax and such combined with the stuff in Neutrogena worked best over anything you could order online.
I know you northerners are tired of snow already- and I know it is barely January- but this weak sun down south is cold - 60* sunny cold. Send more sun please?
