Cal, you are too kind! Smiling

EscondidoCal said: How many plants do you put in a tub, and how do you get such a nice
shape? Do you trim it?

Depending on the variety (i.e. "Super Elfin, New Guinea," etc.) usually from 4 to 6 plants fill a large (20") tub. Smaller containers require only 2 to 3 plants. It's almost an "educated guess", however they fill out nicely over summer without any shaping or cutting. I give them a good feeding in spring with Scotts Osmocote 14-14-14 Slow Release Fertilizer; it lasts all summer. These should do well in your area. Thumbs up
