Pothos (Epipremnum aureum) is highly toxic to cats and dogs if ingested. https://www.aspca.org/pet-care... and off the top of my head, I can't think of anything similar to the vining Pothos that would work but here are our database listings and the ASPCA pages of a few non-toxic plants:

Earth Star (Cryptanthus bivittatus)

Spider Plant (Chlorophytum comosum)
https://www.aspca.org/pet-care...
Spider Plants aren't toxic but kitties like to play with the dangling baby plantlets and without supervision, your plant might end up looking a bit ratty. Green Grin!

Ponytail Palm (Beaucarnea recurvata) are non-toxic

Baby Rubber Plant (Peperomia obtusifolia)
https://www.aspca.org/pet-care...

Parlor Palm (Chamaedorea elegans)
