The lean of your plant can be corrected fairly easily. Loosen the rootball in the pot, pull it up just a bit - maybe an inch. Then, tilt the rootball just enough so that it is straight in the pot. Then tamp down to soil around the edges so that the rootball stays in that position. If necessary, add just a bit of soil to hold it in place, but don't move it to a larger pot.

It is important to disturb the roots as little as possible. For the future, rotate the pot so that the plant gets equal light on all sides and grows straight.

I see that your plant is now in bud, so wait until it has finished flowering before adjusting the rootball or pruning it back.
