Minimum cold hardiness: Zone 9b -3.9 °C (25 °F) to -1.1 °C (30 °F)

This is a Proven Winners plant and they list it as zone 9b for minimum cold hardiness zone.

Since you're zone 9a, your minimum cold hardiness is 20 - 25 degrees, so keep that in mind. I'd bring the plant inside, if you don't want to lose it.
