So , we stumbled across the Fuchsia Society Sale at Portland Nursery on SE Stark in Portland, Oregon today. Started today and goes on through Saturday and Sunday.
Learned things I didn't know I didn't know. Like fuchsias are tropical and love sunshine. Always thought of them as shade lovers. And that some varieties can resemble trees. They had samples of dozens of different flowers, and naturally, I fell in love with the ones not for sale: Starburst and Mangolita.
Came home with White Knight Amethyst and White Knight Pearl.
I feel like a "collector" now. Just what I need: another obsession to spend money on.
