Beautiful timely banner. I always wonder how mother robin can make such beautiful colored eggs. Is it the combination of food that she eats? Duck eggs have similar colors, only lighter. I think some chicken have the same colored eggs too, also lighter. Some chicken have brown eggs, I think dark feathered chicken----Need to find out if someone has made a study of colors of eggs shells and why they are the way they are.

Sometimes I do find eggs but very often they get eaten by free roaming animals, either cats, squirrels (lots of them) or red fox? I also see rabbits, but THEY do not eat eggs---

Back to your banner, it is beautiful, with patterns of the sunlight coming through the leaves on the eggs; and I am especially happy to know that they were hatched successfully ---thank you for sharing.
