Pepper - not a corned beef fan? Awww. I'm cooking it tomorrow. Polish DH actually likes it (so do I) but he likes the sauce I make better (I think). Blend of horseradish, a little mustard, a little mayonnaise (yeah, I know :() and some cream. It is tasty though.
