Duke Energy has always been a major contributor to the pollution problem. They've been denying that it's a problem for a long as I can remember. My question is why is the Virginia State Corporation Commission saying ratepayers should pay for the cleanup. They were lied to just like everyone else. I think the company owners and shareholders should be who's responsible for paying for cleanup.
