Bought some ground pork that was on sale, .99/lb. It was labeled 84/16. Never saw pork labeled before. Will combine it with some 80/20 ground beef. 17 min steamed patties in the Instant Pot headed straight to the freezer. Maybe I should expand on this. Hand mix the patties with your spices, no salt. I make large ones. 1/3 - 1/2 lb. each. Wrap each in alumin. foil. Use the basket. 16 oz. water. Steam for 17 min. Natural release. Juiciest burgers I have ever had. If you miss the grill marks, throw them into a pan, no oil until outside turns darker. Gene
