I heard because Calf. and I think the WHO banned imidiclopramid as a known cancer causing agent. They issue is being debated now. If miss-used or in huge quantities it does have health risk. So using that they banned it. This info may be wrong. They may be trying to band it. I purchased several gallons of 51% pure imidiclopramid and keeping it for future use. That amount will last many lifetimes. It is possible the future new Bayer may only have the new ingredient you posted.
