It sure looks like that's what you have. Here is the page from our database.
Variegated Oyster Plant (Tradescantia spathacea 'Sitara')

As you can see, it looks different with different types of care and different climates. I think the brighter colored pics are probably plants grown outside. If you do take yours outside, put it in bright shade first, and gradually move it into more sun. It's a pretty plant!

I think it could be trained up, but might be nicer trailing. It's really up to you and what you'd like to have.
