Exactly Sue. You click the print icon, the dialog opens, you click print and Bob's your uncle. It's for when you want something on paper.
I can do all that other stuff too, but you have to select what you want printed or saved first. The print icon does exactly what you wrote--it's the text of the article only and you don't have to go through all those extra steps everyone's listing. So easy peasy! Hope we can do it. Would be very useful.
AND, you have the option in that pop-up to save as a PDF too, again, without having to select anything first.
