Tracy, that looks like Coral Supreme to me, tho the corals can be very similar. Too many petals for Coral Charm.
Neal, that is a gorgeous bouquet and I can only imagine what it smells like with the sweet peas! I do weddings, too, but only from what I have in the backyard gardens. Peonies are my specialty, but this year I only have one wedding in June and it's my son's, but in SC, and they don't want me to do any work so they hired a florist. The only thing I can do is bring some with me and hope they can put them here or there.
