A must have plant in my garden due to its uses in cooking: especially roasted fish, sweet potatoes. I'm going to try propagating from my rosemary plant, which is about 5 years old and gives me plenty of leaves for cooking. It is sort of mingled in with some other plants so I don't worry about trimming. But I'd like to try propagating in case it gets too woody as others have said.
